| Position Responsibilities: |
***These roles can be located in Golden (CO), Milwaukee(WI), or Chicago (IL)** Responsible for new solutions and maintaining existing solutions throughout the MillerCoors portfolio of applications and projects focused on Supply Chain Management (SCEM) within the Event Management application using the Transportation visibilities and the Sales order visibilities including integration with Portal applications such as Web Collaboration Layer (WCL) and/or SAP Portal. · Responsible for leading design and implementation of integrated enterprise SAP solutions and enhancements to existing solutions while maintaining knowledge of market best practices and industry trends in areas of Application design and delivery. · Collaborate with the BIS/IT (Business Information Solutions) Process Leads, Solution/Enterprise architects, Business Process Partners, SAP Functional Specialists and non-SAP application architects to ensure alignment with the integrated solution to be delivered to meet business process requirements. · Leads and directs functional teams which may represent on- and off-shore resources to implement, maintain, improve, and support solutions according to agreed BIS/IT strategy and plans. Areas of Responsibility 1. Design and delivery of business process solutions and process/application improvements for SCM Event Management. 2. Financial Management including accurate estimates of functional solutions and services for projects and enhancements. 3. Service Provider Optimization includes: · Improving functional solution implementation practices; including directing IT partner improvements. · Works with Service Delivery Managers and IT partner teams to improve support practices. Approving functional solution designs (configuration and ABAP) for IT partner teams for their work on enhancements or projects. Preferred Qualifications Education level and/or Experience · Bachelor’s degree or more advanced IT degree · 3 + years experience in SCEM Event Management (but not limited to) and 3 life cycle implementations of Event management 3 + years experience designing and developing integrated business solutions, experience working in a collaborative environment, and leading and directing third party service providers. Required Skills: Relative to SCEM Event Management § Experience in the Consumer Products business solutions. § Minimum application levels in SCEM 5.0 but SECM 7.1 is preferred. § Minimum application levels in SCM APO 5.0 and ECC5 but ECC6 is preferred. § Experience in the Core Interface (CIF) with respect to SCEM Event Management. § Experience in the Event Management application of SCEM: § Understands the integration aspects of APO Transportation Planning / Vehicle scheduling for the transportation visibilities and ECC for other application visibilities with other SAP applications such as ECC and SAP BW for analytics capabilities. Relative to skills within Business Information Solutions (Information Technology) · Designs integrated enterprise solutions for business process requirements focusing on best or standard business processes within the Event Management solution area. § Understands methodologies to ensure successful implementation of projects and enhancements. Demonstrates a rational and organized approach to the tasks undertaken with foremost goal to deliver a quality product. Understands the organization’s BIS/IT strategy, policies and standards, and can lead the development of business solutions that fully utilize standards and strategic principles. Understands how solution design and support design changes impact the whole BIS/IT and business organization. Understands project risk management. Can provide inputs into business and IT contingency planning. · Makes critical contribution to the governance processes defined to ensure business process designs align to the business requirements and conform to the standards defined by the Center of Excellences (COEs) which must include architectural strategies · Leads and directs BIS/IT strategic partners to ensure business solution, with business process partner collaboration, and quality targets are met in the delivery of IT services and solutions. · Monitors and reports to the Project Manager on the progress of the functional SCEM solution, using appropriate quality assurance processes to ensure that SCEM solution development and configuration resources are following defined standards, methods and procedures. · Supports SAP Functional Specialist in the evaluation of business process solutions. Collaborates with the business partner organization to implement improvements. · Takes action to make the most of opportunities that will have a measurable impact on operational effectiveness with associated benefits to the business which may include simplifying business process or architecture. · Plans and manages quality delivery of testing plans and procedures including the cycle definitions with entry and exit criteria by defining what is successful. · Leads cross-functional teams (SAP, non-SAP) to implementing functional portion of SCEM solutions including system, integration, product, performance testing, cutover, implementation, stabilization and turnover to Application Management after stabilization. · Guides decision-making process including escalating for resolution as appropriate. Responsible for accurate estimates of technical solutions and services Lead and direct large technical teams on complex and enterprise projects Subject matter expert in Event Management with experience in multiple SAP modules specific to EM integration. § Possesses good inter-personal skills, especially in managing all organizational levels of both IT and Business organizations. § Has an understanding of change management, configuration management, and reliability and safety methods.
