Position Responsibilities: Position Summary:
Maintain sales to target at a profit for the district. Maintain weekly itinerary on assigned stores to see each week and a current route book with set objectives for each store. Increase volume through warehouse by setting in-store promotions, building special displays and setting demonstrations. Must communicate all upcoming marketing programs, ROP ads, FSI`s, television, radio and national magazine ads. Complete store call reports for each store visited.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Visit scheduled stores each week (minimum of 25).
* Maintain weekly itinerary of stores to be seen and keep current route book with set objectives for each store.
* Monitor condition of product on shelf and in storage.
* Replace point of sale (where authorized) on a continuous basis.
* Present all marketing programs, such as freestanding ads, ROP ads, magazine ads, television, radio, etc.
* Show/sample all new products being introduced to the marketing area.
* Submit to the District Manager, on a weekly basis, store call sheets for all stores visited.
* High School Diploma or equivalent required.
* Bachelor`s degree preferred.
* Experience in sales helpful.
* Experience in retail environment beneficial.
* Business or Marketing background beneficial.
